Waine P. Hicks, a rural Virginia native brings his craftsmanship to the Florida lifestyle. Having been a resident of Sarasota over the past twenty years has given him the opportunity to apply his knowledge of construction to the Gulf Coast Waine is a graduate of Frostburg State University with his Masters in Business from Purdue. He holds a State of Florida Class A General Contractors License, Class A roofing license, State Certified Home Inspector, State Certified Insurance License and is a licensed captain competing in the Southern Kingfish Association. He resides in Sarasota with his lovely wife, Sharon.
